1. Service Description

SmartHub provides services to set up, customize, and maintain dedicated AI infrastructure for businesses. We help deploy this infrastructure either on your own servers or on cloud infrastructure that we help provision for you. We do not operate a central SaaS platform - each deployment is separate and dedicated to a single client.

2. Infrastructure and Data Ownership

The AI infrastructure we set up for you operates independently of SmartHub's systems. You maintain full ownership and control of:

• All data processed through your system
• The infrastructure where your system runs
• Access controls to your system
• Any customizations and configurations we develop for you

3. Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

• Initial system setup and configuration
• Agreed-upon maintenance and support services
• System updates and security patches as contracted
• Providing documentation and training
• Maintaining confidentiality of any information we access

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Infrastructure costs and requirements
• Maintaining appropriate security policies
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Proper use of the system within its intended purpose

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service possible, we provide our services "as is" and make no warranties about the performance of the systems we deploy. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
